RLPS EVENTS
We recently met a most fascinating man and fellow Sun City resident: Art “Karts” Huseonica and he’s pretty famous! Karts is 72 years young and holds several advanced degrees, including a doctorate in education. He has been quoted in National Geographic Magazine, Newsweek, and numerous print and online media, including several Arizona TV stations. Why? He has, as he says, “retired from working, but not from living” and spends his time on these amazing adventures all over the world. These include a summit of Mt. Rainier with a Nepalese guide; a solo record-setting double-traverse of Death Valley; the oldest person to complete the Bear Grylls’ extreme survival course; a solo Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim of the Grand Canyon and SO MUCH MORE!! RLPS CREW SPOTLIGHT
We thought we’d start to share a spotlight on the RLPS crew. After all, they come into your homes so wouldn’t it be nice to know who they are? This month’s Spotlight is on…
Tim McGee
Have you seen this guy on your project? It’s Timothy (but we call him Tim) McGee! He joined Renewed Life in July of 2022 and is our new Project Manager. Our team is growing!
Tim is originally from Seattle, Washington. He has a grown son, Keven; one female cat called Mr. Nibs, and a tortoise named Tortellini!
What does he like best about working for us? “The honesty of the company with the customers.” Nice! We’re glad even our employees notice that! He considers his best skills to be sales and talking to customers so if you have any interaction with him it should be a great experience! (Of course, he’s also good at all the construction stuff too!)
His favorite project to date was the bathroom remodel for clients Jon and Anna whom we all enjoyed working with. When Tim and his crew opened
up the shower wall they found dead space so Jon and Anna requested a larger shower and we gave it to them! Now, they have plenty of elbow room. We actually did a lot more but check out the photos below for before and after. Tim spends his free time volunteering at his church and other organizations. He’s always friendly and helpful. Here’s a fun fact: Tim travels with the Motown musical group “The Miracles” as their road manager!
Tim is a great addition to our RLPS team!

FINAL PICTURES OF LAST MONTH'S
KITCHEN REMODEL
Remember last month when we showed pics of the large remodel we had started? I promised the final photos and here they are on the above right!
This month we’re looking at the room from the opposite direction – from the front door. (Last month’s was from the back door.)
Watch the progression from the start of the renovation through the flooring being installed to the beautiful new finished kitchen (with that cool flooring detail around the walls and cabinets)! They also added a coffee station that we love too! One of our favorite projects!
Company News: Mike has ordered branded shirts and caps for all our hardworking crew members. Now our clients can rest assured that someone coming to their door is from Renewed Life Properties! Sweet!
