Our 2500 sq. ft. showroom (a golf-cart drive away!) includes a design selection center with displays of kitchen and bath cabinets, countertops, flooring, window treatments, and more!

Those displays are regularly updated to ensure we are offering items that YOU want!

Our beautiful showroom has been designed to simplify the interior design selection process. Our qualified team of experts is here to assist you through the entire process of design, architectural drawings, permitting, and remodeling.

Our professional Interior Designer will work with you to pick your interior options. You don’t have to do it alone!

We’re very familiar with the unique “quirks” of Sun City homes and can help you maximize your square footage, improve functionality, and make your home a place you never want to leave! BUT…we also do other projects, such as golf cart garages, patios, and room additions. And, it’s not just large projects. We also do small projects. Our project was to remove a fiberglass bath/shower shell, construct walls and ceiling, relocate drain and faucet connections, then install a free standing tub. From the initial bid to project completion, it was a joy working with everyone at Renewed Life! I had my front patio redone with new tile 12" x 18". They arranged for the old tile to be removed, poured concrete where bushes had been removed and then brought it the "perfect" tile layer. Technically the ground was not level so I was very concerned but the tile layer had his leveler out on every tile and didn't stop until everything was done perfectly. All the lines line up perfectly N/S and E/W and I could not be happier. I highly recommend them and the professionals they hire to do the job right. The tile layer was a master craftsman with great pride in his work. Don't think twice, Renewed Life Properties is the one to call, as they say....one and done!

An incredibly wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the design team's suggestions and patience as we had to change choices several times, to the fast, friendly, professional and skillful work of the installation team, everything flowed to give us an amazing shower. I'm threatening to set up a turnstile to charge admission to everyone wanting to see it, it's really that beautiful!

My house went from hot mess to fab in a very timely manner with the best contractors out there. They remodeled my entire house and I was only on the street for 1 night (lol). I am still amazed! Great team and we are very pleased with the final results. We removed a part of our kitchen and installed a large Island with cupboards. One small glitch that was immediately dealt with. Prompt, professional and attentive. Would highly recommend Renewed Life and intend to go back to them when we tackle the bathroom renovation.

From start to finish . . . every person on their team was professional and always positive. They cleaned up at the end of each day and made the remodeling process seamless. If there were any issues, it was solved. Ruy was amazing and went above and beyond. They were here when they said they would be and on time. Mike has a great eye for quality and assured that everything was top notch! My project was treated with such care, as if it was their own home. They really know the Sun City homes and the nuances that these home have so they can help create solutions for the way these homes were made. I knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it to look and they came up with ideas to enhance my vision! In an industry that can be so volatile, they were truly a Godsend! Couldn't be happier!!

We just had our bathroom remodeled by renewed life properties on Boswell just south of Bell. It is beautiful. The cost was about the same as the one day shower remodels. All of their workers are employees, not Subs. Shout out to Tim, Rodney, Alex and Ted. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly.
